I engage in many activities outside my “official” capacity as a School Board Member such as maintaining a newsletter, hosting listening sessions, attending school events, and more. The costs associated with these activities are not covered by the school district. Please consider a donation to help me continue serving our community. Many of your donations, including for the purchase of school supplies, spirit wear, graduation gifts, and school event tickets, are directly invested back into Dekalb County schools and students.
Reading Prizes ($25)
Your gift buys small prizes (stickers, pencils, bookmarks, stamps) to give out when I read at schools
Events & Spirit Wear ($25)
Your gift pays for me to attend school events such as plays, concerts, festivals and/or for a school t-shirt
School Supplies ($50)
Your gift buys back-to-school supplies (paper, folders, pencils, glue, highlighters) for one student
Toy Drive Donation ($75)
Your gift buys age-appropriate graduation and/or holiday gifts for three to five students
School Fundraisers ($100)
Your gift buys tickets for my husband and I to attend a school fundraiser (I get invited to 5 of these per year!)
Email & Newsletter ($150)
Your gift pays for my annual email, newsletter, and marketing software licenses
Website Upkeep ($200)
Your gift pays for my annual website hosting, domain registration, and template license
Business Fees ($250)
Your gift pays for my annual registration and filing fees, basic office supplies, and other incidentals
